Debate training has been arranged for the following dates, 7pm - 10pm each evening:
Monday, 21st November;
Monday, 28th November, and;
Monday, 5th December
We will be teaming up with the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) Debating Society for these sessions. There is no experience required but you may be asked to speak in an impromptu debate
(you don't actually have to, but you should)! There is no dress code for these sessions.
Out of London Middle Temple students who are interested in finding a debate training venue should get in
touch, so that we may find a local university or speaking club that is closer to you! |
The Imperial Open:
Congratulations to the Middle Temple teams and debaters who competed with success at the Imperial Open! Topics debated included violent protest, term limits for political figures, and contacted isolated people-groups.
The English Mace- Sign-Up Now!:
